Never assume we have an item in stock or can get it quickly, while we try to fulfill rush orders there are many circumstances outside of our control that can limit availability. There may also be additional charges for rush orders and shipping.
Please be prepared to know what size (A,B,M,etc...), type (metal, glass, dicroic), and when you need it. Be aware that there are rush fees for quick delivery.
If you do not know what size you need, let us know what fixture you want to place it in.
Please know the size of the curtains needed, fullness required, and fabric type. Let us know if you also need track with your curtain order. Typical lead time for curtains is 3-4 weeks.
GTS will glady come to you and meassure for new curtains and track.
Please know the ANSI code for the lamp (Three letter code normally printed on the lamp or lamp box).
If you do not know the ANSI code, please know the type of fixture (manufacturer and model), wattage and voltage of the lamp.
We can not determine a lamp type by wattage and voltage alone.
Please know the manufacturer, model, and options you need.
Options vary by manufacturer but typically include type of hanger, lamp, and connector type (bare leads, stage pin, edison, twist-loc).
Depending on the size of your rental, we will need some information about your needs and space. Generally, knowing the size of your space, needs of your event, and available power will help up put together a useable package.
Make sure to ask if you need a truck or larger vehicle to pick up your rental, some items require them.
