Let us know within 2 business days of receiving your order if any purchase is received damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, or if an expedited order arrived late. For other returns, the following policies apply.
Products purchased from General Theatrical Supply must have a return shipping label dated within 14 days of the original delivery date. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including packaging, accessories, UPCs, manuals, and bonus items. Any product that is not new in the original packaging or is returned after 14 days may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees, and will only be accepted at the discretion of General Theatrical Supply.

All returns must be authorized by General Theatrical Supply. Please call us at (800) 771-8330 to verify product return eligibility and to receive a return authorization number. Ship the item with the RA# clearly visible, and not written on the actual product packaging. After inspection by a General Theatrical Supply employee, a refund will be issued in the same way as payment was received.
If possible, enclose a copy of your order receipt in the package, and mail it via an insured carrier (most free insurance is only up to ). You are responsible to get the product back to us, and for any other shipping fees. This includes the original shipping fees we paid to get the product to you (even if there was a free shipping promotion), and any restocking fees charged by the manufacturer (if applicable).
